Was seen by him in the ER during a vulnerable time. Zero eye contact, no bedside manner whatsoever. Acted like my complaints were invalid and I was wasting his time. I don’t think people like this should work in healthcare.

Dr. Zeigler treated me at Meridian Park ER (closed gash in my thumb) in July 2013. His billing service was uncooperative with my insurance company in settling his bill of $743 and sent me to collections rather than work with my insurer (American Commerce Insurance Co.). Some 3.5 years later and a compromised credit rating, I paid collectors and my insurance company paid me. What a nightmare!!

I saw this doctor during an emergency room visit. Dr. Zeigler was respectful and professional, but he was very wishy-washy as to how he thought he could treat my condition. He also didn't make any eye contact with me throughout the entire visit. The care I was given did nothing to help me... I had to follow up with a specialist.
