Dr Paylor is very friendly, professional, and informative. She is very knowledgeable and has great compassion for her patients. I would recommend her and have already scheduled a follow-up for my mom

I saw her in the Herndon office (nova foot and ankle) and I wish all doctors were like her! Passionate about her field, friendly, informative. I wish she could be a primary care doctor.

She is an amazing doctor. I have had a lot of pain in my feet for years and seen a few podiatrist. They did not seem to have time to listen to my problems and diagnosed me wrong each time. Dr. Paylor took the time to listen to my problem, explained why my feet hurt in a way I could understand. She has made my feet feel better than they have felt in years. She has a great bedside manner. I have already refered her to my family and friends.

Worst office staff EVER! I ordered - and paid for - appliances that were never delivered. After repeated inquiries about when I would receive my order, only to be told to call back, I complained about the poor customer service. Immediately I was fired as a patient. Do NOT trust your wellbeing to this practice. Your concerns will only go unaddressed, and your condition allowed to become chronic because caring for patients is too taxing on the staff. They will take your money and run.
