First virtual visit, will not be the last
Very pleasant and informative virtual visit. I only needed an emergency refill on my BP medication. Dr. Scarabelli asked me pertinent questions on the reasons for my request and detail on the prescription. I was able to get a refill in about 10 minutes. He offered to take future calls if I needed to speak with him again. I felt relieved to get medication I need right away and not wait to go for a doctor visit. I had little experience with virtual medical care, but Dr. Scarabelli made me think about using this service more.

I'm a lung transplant recipient and had some pain I just wanted to talk to a dr about to be safe. He was very nice and was able to put my mind at ease and confirm my hope that it wasn't internal. He advised me on what I could do for it and that I should be seen in person if it persists after a couple days.

Horrible. I did a virtual visit with him and he was extremely derogatory. He was visibly shaking his head and rolling his eyes. Extremely rude - just because it's a video appt does not mean you can throw out bedside manner

Beyond rude. Confrontational for absolutely no reason. Why did you go into a profession for helping people if you're just going to treat your patients like lying criminals? With the way I was treated, you'd have thought I demanded some kind of highly abused addictive medication, not a highly routine everyday medication that I've been on for years.

He is fantastic! He helped me when I needed it the most. My primary care Dr wouldn't help me without charging me a fortune when I was quarantined for Covid 19, and my anxiety medication ran out and they refused to fill it. I told them you can't abrubtly stop a medication like that & I begged them to cut me a break & help me to refill my med but they didn't care. I contacted Dr. Scarabelli through K health & explained my situation & he helped me to calm down, made sure I was ok, & got my medication filled for me immediately. He is a caring Dr. which are hard to come by these days. Great reviews for him from me!!!!! Across the board!!!!
