Good Experience
Staff was efficient, professional and friendly. Dr. Anderson was very personable and professional. It was a good experience considering the circumstances. My appointment was an emergency and was promptly accommodated for which I am very grateful. And I am doing great now.

Great dentist overshadowed by lousy staff
Front desk staff screwed up my appointment name, number, etc, ready to deny my appointment, rude, no acknowledgement of obvious errors, aggressive billing personality..... overshadows a really motivated, enthusiastic, skilled dentist.

Dr Anderson seems competent. If you have problems the office “help” is no help. Anything to prove you don’t know what you’re talking about.

One of the receptionists there is just horrendous. I don't appreciate being talked to (on the phone or in person) like an inconvenience. She has a horrible additude and is rude to customers. It does not matter what day, time, or who you are. Everything felt so rushed. I felt like I was thrown on an assembly line. There is no follow up appointment to make sure everything is healing properly. I have been to other places and w/ people who were having their wisdom teeth out and it was the opposite.
