Amazing !
From the first visit with Dr. Morehouse I felt comfortable. He came in, asked what was going on, I was having recurring sinus infections. He took a look with a camera. We tried to flush out naturally using Navage and azelastine spray for 3 months. I just had too many complications going on. He told me the options of surgeries and what the benefits would be. I ended up with a Septoplasty on Sept. 17, 2024 for a deviated septum all the way in my left nostril and sinus. He did tremendous work and the staff at Abington Surgery Center was fantastic! I had my third follow up rinse today Oct. 25, 2024 and I am doing great from surgery. I CAN BREATHE!!! 33 years of being clogged up and learning to breathe again like a baby now! Use the saline spray people it is amazing. And Dr. Morehouse AND overall staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I said it today, you are the only Dr. that took care of me so far. We need more Drs like him in corporate America.

new patient
Went to Dr. Morehouse with sever ear pain. After an examination he told me I had excess ear wax and that was the cause of my pain. He used his tools to gently remove the wax. He then sent me to have a hearing test that was performed right in his office. After that he sat down with me and carefully went over the results. I was very pleased with the service I received and left the office feeling and hearing great!

Doesn't listen and PRACTICALLY CALLED ME LIAR
I went to him and he told me one vocal chord wasn't working properly thats why i had scratchy voice as well as sinus infection. Didn't see him again for about a year and when i mentioned earlier visit and what he told me about my vocal chord he said he never said that and i was wrong. WHY WOULD I MAKE HIS DIAGNOSIS UP! I HAD NO REASON MY VOICE WAS BETTER. I unfortunately went ahead and had ear tubes put in by him. As an adult these ear tubes are supposed to last about 2 years normally but one fell out within about 4 months amd 2nd on in about 9 months so i was back to square one. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HIM NOR USE BERGER HENRY EVER AGAIN

Hurried and Unfriendly
While the staff there at the office is very friendly and helpful I’m afraid I can’t say the same about Dr. Morehouse. He was unfriendly and condescending. He rushed through my visit and tried to quiet me when I asked a question. And even though my issues are affecting my livelihood, he did not pretend to be interested in the fine details of my situation and was clearly disinterested.

Does Not Listen!
After another doctor quit the practice, the only option was to see him if I wanted to be seen quickly. I decided to give him another try after he was ignorant to me the first time, and take him as 'no nonsense' as many others described. Horrible decision. After recommending a balloon sinuplasty, he claimed he didn't need my CT scan which the computer couldn't read and did it without the tech. I had uncontrolable bleeding after the procedure, he claimed it was normal. I knew it was not and insisted but just got told if I was concerned to go to the ER. I ended up in the ER twice in the week following for 8+ hours bleeding. He popped blood vessels. Missed work for over a month (supposed to be a day or two). In follow-up when I claimed of severe pain in the back of my sinuses and he looked for 5 seconds he insisted I was fine and nothing was wrong and no scabs, even though I can physically feel scabs and had blood. I have a bad sinus infection. He will not listen is pompous & arrogant.

Best ENT I have ever encountered
Dr. Morehouse and his staff are incredibly competent, professional, and efficient. I don’t think I had the greatest advice from past ENTs and really wish I met Dr. Morehouse 20 years ago! I have long suffered with asthma, allergies, and moderate sleep apnea. Mornings have always been a nightmare with heavy “brain fog” and irritability because I wake up so congested and sleep so poorly. A CPAP made some difference, but not enough. The surgery I had about six weeks ago has completely changed my life. I am sleeping deeply and soundly through the night for the first time in decades. I wake up and feel alert in the mornings. I have a lot of energy through the day and no longer suffer with debilitating fatigue.I am eternally grateful to Dr. Morehouse and his staff for their efficiency, competency, and professionalism. Thank you so much, Dr. Morehouse, I feel like I have my life back.

Knowledgeable and Efficient
My breathing issues were so bad I could barely breathe out of one nostril. I had pimples in my nose for several years, and a lot of mucus. I knew I had a crooked nose (deviated septum) but did not realize how much it was contributing to my problems. I put up with this for years before finally seeking out an ENT on my own when I could not adequately perform the deep breathing exercises assigned by my physical therapist. I was seen promptly at Berger-Henry office for appointments, and although office visits were brief, everything that needed to be discussed occurred. I appreciate that I was given detailed printed paperwork for what to expect for surgery and afterwards - septoplasty with turbinate reduction. Dr. M. worked with my tight schedule to do the surgery. Dr. M. appeared very knowledgeable and confident in his surgery skills. I had no issues after the surgery and am very satisfied with the outcome. I did not realize how bad things were until I could breathe normally after surgery.

I feel like I’ve had a few ENT related issues that were a mystery to me and thanks to visiting Dr. Morehouse I’m breathing better, dealing with less allergies than last year and on the path to fixing other stuff that has ailed me. As soon as he sees you for the first time he’s got the fix and that’s what you need.

Dr. Morehouse has no manner whatsoever. Felt like this practice is a mill running patients through as quickly as possible. Speech/hearing specialist the same. Did not return calls requesting test results despite being told by office staff calls would be returned in 24-48 hrs. Front office staff, to the contrary, very kind & helpful.

Disappointed
No in-depth explanation of the procedure I was going to undergo. Most of what I learned about my procedure was from the internet. I understand that most doctors are overworked but they should never let it affect the doctor-patient relationship. From reading the comments, something is often missing with the patient relationship ("bedside manner") with this doctor. So either take a long vacation and come back with a better attitude or try another line of work.

My appointment with Dr. Morehouse took all of 3 minutes. I wanted to have a conversation regarding my history and the cause of the issue. However, I was interrupted and unheard. When taking a look at my ear, he jabbed the instrument in my infected ear and caused a lot of pain. It is really unfortunate because all of the office staff is so friendly. I do not recommend booking an appointment with him.

I do not recommend Dr. Morehouse. His bedside manner was terrible for both of my visits. I was willing to write the first time off as a bad day, but then when he was rude the second time I was disappointed and disheartened. The appointment felt rushed and I felt belittled and unheard. He was dismissive of my concerns and instead gave me a lecture on when I could speak. He did 2 procedures in one operation and I am no better than I was before the operation.

Terrible bedside manner
I visited Dr Morehouse for a hearing issue. The procedure involved inserting a tool into my inner ear. I flinched because it was painful. He told me to stop moving. I said ‘Sorry. It’s painful. Flinching feels like an automatic response.’ He said ‘Medically, you’re wrong. It’s not automatic. You can choose to stop moving. You’re choosing to move. And you need to stop.’ He made me feel stupid for reacting to pain. On top of that, the visit was rushed (4 minutes tops) and he never even asked my name. He left the room with no instructions. I walked myself out of the clinic presuming the visit was over. It was bizarre, unpleasant, and I left feeling like I inconvenienced him. I technically received the care/procedure I needed, but I did not feel cared for. I’m already reticent to seek care, and this surely didn’t encourage me to go back to any doctor again. :(

He was terrible. I have a throat issue which has been ongoing for 8 days. My primary and I think it is an open ulcer on the back of my throat. He was not interested in any of the history. He took a camera to look at my throat via the nose. OK, that's what I went there for. But he hit the ulcer with the camera! He says he didn't. He says the pain I experienced was because the camera was in the area of the "infection". I can tell you, one doesn't experience that kind of pain from something not touching something else. He didn't listen to anything I said about it, and although I had been on an antibiotic for 5 days to rule out infection he prescribed a new antibiotic regimen. He even said straight up that he was "starting over" with the antibiotics. He explained nothing. I was with him for a total of 10 minutes. What a waste of time. I will never see him again.

Dr. Morehouse spoke to me straight and he really knows his field as a ENT specialist. I had sinus surgery in the Norristown Office and was awake and comfortable. He used an implant called "Sinuva" that keeps polyps away and I have had the best two years of my life. I have struggled with sinus issues all my life up until now. he fixed me after multiple surgeries and specialist give me temporary relief. I highly recommend Dr. Morehouse and the Sinuva Implant Surgery.

Extremely unpleasant experience with Dr Morehouse today. In his defense, I have anxiety around endoscopy procedures of any kind and I realize that can be difficult for physicians. But his bedside manner in this case was disappointing at best. He said that if I tell myself the procedure will be a negative experience , then it certainly will be. I have had five of them in the past and I simply cannot tolerate them. I was made to feel like I was at fault for not being able to tolerate the procedure. Btw, no numbing agent, barely any warning that I was to receive the probe. Just breathe, he kept saying. It seemed he became irritated that I was struggling. I’m sure this guy has many honorable qualities and is probably a decent human being (I don’t know). But this was a horrible experience. I felt shamed and blamed. Had similar difficulties with endoscopy at this practice in the past, however Dr Becker dealt with me and my anxiousness with Grace, humor and compassion.
