Called to make an appointment. I was asked do I have a preferred provider and I said yes. Told them the problem I was having. Gave all my insurance information just to be told she is booked until October 2023! What was the point of taking all my information?? Maybe give that information upfront instead of wasting my time!!! That's ridiculous.

Unpleasant. There is a very long wait to see her and when she does come in she is entirely rushed and acts frustrated and impatient if you ask questions. Her only agenda is to push cosmetic procedures regardless of your visit intentions (i.e. mole check). She has an unpleasant bedside manner. I will be searching for a new Dermatologist as a result of my last couple of visits.

I have been seeing Dr. McLeod for years. This past October 21st, I called to see if I could be seen that day due to a skin infection. Dr. McLeod's schedule was full, however, she fit me in to be seen that day. I was truly appreciative! She is always so kind and is very thorough and professional.

Dr McLeod has always treated me like I am the only patient she has. She gives me all the time I need, never rushes me, does not make me feel uneducated about my conditions. Dr McLeod is by far the best doctor I have ever used. Thank you!!!

Dr McLeod does a wonderful job communicating with patients, she is kind and gentle and makes you feel important to her: Medical assistant Arminda is wonderful to have on staff: she was so gentle using a hand approach while giving the injections and was very helpful during the procedures.
