No time for patients
My wife went to see Dr. Trevor Anderson at Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine for a cortisone injection in her neck. Dr Anderson came in and asked if she had any concerns about the shot she was about to receive. When she tried to share her concerns about the number of shots she had already received, he cut her off and asked, 'do you want the shot or not' explaining that he was a very busy man and didn't have the time to discuss it. He then pulled his phone out and took a call from his wife. Incredibly arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional!

What ? Did not listen to one single word I said. Did not care I was in pain. His receptionist hung up on me . I have never been treated so awful in my life. Horrible experience. Just wanted to perform the most costly procedure rather I wanted it or not. They even scheduled me without my knowledge ! Wow when I questioned them . Bam ! Hung up on me . Quite upsetting. I go to a doctor for help. Not this nonsense. JA

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR. HE CLAIMS HE IS A PAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST ?? AND ADVERTISE THAT HE IS BUT NOT TRUE. HE IS ONLY IN MEDICAL FIELD FOR PROFIT AND HAS NO EMPATHY FOR HIS PATIENTS. THE BOARD WHO CERTIFIED HIM NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE HIM AND HIS PRACTICE. WARNING... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR. TREVOR ANDERSON AT REHAN DOCS.

Dr Anderson is a smug guy, he acted like he had better things to do. Dr. Rehab clinic in rapid city SD is overly fancy. I asked him questions about my condition and without any thought he responds were all going to have that problem lol. Thank you Anderson for wasting my time. I do not recommended anyone spend time here.

I've been with Dr. Anderson for several years and will continue my treatments with him. He suggests other avenues to take when I've tried just about everything else. He listens to me and really seems to care. Dr. Anderson is one to take max time with me and even answers my husbands questions too.

Dr Anderson has gone above and beyond what any other physician in this area has been willing to do for my migraines. He is not afraid to try new and innovative ideas to treat them & is not afraid of my long list of allergies & comorbidities. He also listens, explains, and is willing to work as a team.

When first diagnosed with a debilitating, incurable pain disease, I was never told about the disease by him, and left to my own research to find out about the disease. Turns out he had no clue of other ways to treat it, and when I shared the information on how to treat it, he blatantly told me he didn't have time to research it. Now one would expect the specialist who says he can treat the condition you have would know how to treat it and be current with information about it.

The guy is more worried about treating his patients as instructed by the government, not the patients needs. His solution is to sit at home and collect workers compensation, if his patient is not able to put in their 40 hrs. per week. Instead of using the tools at his disposal to help working people work. When the patient needs to discuss pain meds he shuts the patient down and leaves the room and severs his relationship with the patient. Here I thought I was at a pain management clinic?? Curtis
