One of the kindest and best Dr's. I have ever been to. She took the time to go over everything and didn't miss any details about my health issues.

Dr. Tran and her office staff are absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Dr Tran if you or someone you know is looking for a Rheumatologist.

Staff incredibly difficult, lost my referral twice, never call back, didn't put me on the cancellation list, after getting on the cancellation, missed the call, called back in 4 minutes, 5was told 'I have to answer, we gave the appt. to the next person'. Was never told that. Now, I receive ONLY a text, they cancelled my appt (it was 5 months away), no call to tell me they are dismissing ME. Called in, was told finally that I am being referred out, after speaking with Dr. Tran about my interaction with staff. I believe the staff to be lying to Dr. Tran, if this meeting even occurred at all. I believe Dr. Tran and her staff to be vindictive. From other reviews, it seems that, if you can get in as a rheumatology patient, she may be helpful. But, getting in is the problem. And, please note the review about overprescribing, Dr. Tran is also an internal medicine doctor. Interesting. Since she is out on her own office now, that is very possible.

Dr. Tran the BEST Rheumatologist! Always professional, thorough, and thoughtful. Dr. Tran makes patient care her first priority! She’s is an expert in her field! She talked me through everything I needed to do, what my next steps would be, and also answered my million questions I had for her. I am beyond grateful I am under her care for my autoimmune conditions. I highly recommend Dr. Tran & her office!

From my first visit with Dr. Tran, it was very apparent that, I was being well-looked after. My health has improved. She quickly communicates test results to me, and makes sure my PCP is in the loop. It surprises me how carefully she listens to my words and how focused she is on everything I tell her. Dr. Tran is very special and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Tran is truly a one of a kind! You just don’t find doctors like her! I really feel like she was born to be a doctor. After years of wrong diagnosis’s and even being told nothing was wrong, I was referred to Dr. Tran and finally got answers. Excellent doctor! She is very thorough and patient. After years of being sick, and slowly going down hill, and told by some supposed rheumatologists, and other doctors, that nothing is wrong with me, I am finally getting some answers. I am content to put my faith, and life in this woman's hands. I can't say enough good things about her.

Dr. Trahn makes you feel comfortable band listens to you and all your symptoms. She knows what will work for you and doesn't give up till she does. I never heard of a rheumatologist till I met her and explained everything what I was going through and what to expect. Very calm and relaxed and always on time.

Dr Tran is an amazing dr and woman! She’s called me after hours. She’s FB messaged me. She genuinely cares for her patients. She’s helped me through my RA, lupus and Fibromyalgia. She’s very knowledgeable about rheumatology. The staff is very friendly and caring, too. You won’t find a more caring dr anywhere! I don’t know where I’d be without Dr. Tran.

Dr. Tran is a very kind and caring Doctor. I would come in the office so stoved up she would put my shoes back on for me. I am a difficult person to treat as I have difficulty with medicines. Yet she works hard to make sure what I try does not adversely harm me in other ways. In my experience it is hard to find a doctor with her kind of compassion for her patients.

I would highly recommend Dr. Tran! She takes her time ,she really listens to you. You will never feel rushed in your appointment because she does take her time with you, so if you have to wait remember she really listening to the patient. I personally don’t mind waiting because I know that she is going give me the best care that I have ever gotten from anyone else. Her staff cares they get back with you when you call or need a refill on your prescription. I have gone to her for three year and I have recommended her to people I love. I trust her completely. I am great full that my primary care doctor found her and sent me to her.

The BEST Rheumatologist in state of INDIANA hands down! I didn't live, I existed. I went to gazillion local doctors nobody wanted or could diagnose me. Finally my neurologist sent me to Dr.Tran and she had a plan for me and made my life a LOT BETTER! I, forever grateful. She's very knowledgable, skilled and shows genuine concern for her patients.

She was average as a provider however she was always late. Her staff is terrible. Very rude and not forthright. When I asked to transfer my records to a new doctor, she tried to charge both myself and the new doctor separately for the same record transfer which seems illegal to me.

Dr. Tran is very caring & seems very knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns & does a thorough exam every visit. Like many others, I have not had great experiences with the scheduling/front desk staff & the MA. Not professional or caring. Not willing to work with you on appointments. Very long, unreasonable wait times with no explanation for the delays. Can't get anyone to listen to that. If improvements aren't made soon, sadly I will be forced to look elsewhere for care.

I would not recommend her,i was patiebt over 3 years and never was seen on time. Always run late snd some times makes us turn away to reschedule. And when i requested to transfer my records to my new changed doctor they never cooperate. U have been waiting since 2 months and still nothing. When i call them the staff is supet super rude.

I've been seeing Dr. Tran for almost 5 years now. She is one of the most caring doctors I've ever been a patient of.

I drive an hr to & from, to see Dr. Tran & P.A Ricci. They both are sympathetic & kind. I trust their knowledge. They're the best in Indiana. The office staff on the other hand is not good. Poor patient courtesy. The wait time is unusually long. However, when you realize they take whatever time is needed with you, they do the same for everyone. So, I'm not bothered by the wait. Dr Tran/Ricci are kind & knowledgeable. They personally have returned my calls. Not many do this anymore. But they do.

Dr. Tran is a skilled diagnostician and will continually work with you to adjust your treatment plan. The amount of time that she spends ensures that all of your questions are answered. She's a skilled doctor, but her staff is very lackluster. Follow-up with the nurses and with billing has been painful at times based on inability to get a live person on the phone. Medication adjustments have not always been coordinated properly with the pharmacy.
