Although, the doctor is very knowledgable, she is often out of the office on either vacation or out of country doing volunteer work. But the office environment is horrible. The staff does not answer your questions, place you on hold forever, very rude and unprofessional. Many times, they will not pick up phone, go to lunch for two hours, or hand up on you while you are waiting to be transferred. There is always a long wait time to see the doctor.

Dr. Tekkelian is one of the most caring, kind, and knowledgeable physicians I've ever met. She takes her time with patients without making you feel rushed. She even calls back her patients after hours to check on them which no other MD does. Her staff is very nice and professional. Always try to accommodates me when I need to be seen right away. I switched doctors to see her about two years ago and have recommended her to everyone I know. Thank you Dr. T!!!!

Dr. Tekkelian is the best, but her office staff, especially Adrineh is rude, incompetent and lacks the understanding of patient service.

I have not seen this doctor because it is just impossible! Offoce staff is very rude and does NOT care about patients! All they care about is the Insurance/$$$ I was in unbearable pain and called for an appointment, but was given 20 days in the future. When I explained, that I am in pain, and need help now, so if possible give me a referral to spinal specialist, they just refused. Even after BS rep. Called them and asked for referal they made excuses to delay the process.
