Wonderful Physician
Dr. Batey is an amazing doctor. He is thorough, kind, patient, and a great listener. He asks questions to make sure of his understanding of the issue and clearly explains next steps. I have a high level of confidence in him. Staff members are courteous and efficient.

Great first impression and very patient
He did a great job not rushing the appt, and was very thorough. He made sure to listen to what I was saying and was very kind.

Dr. Batey actually listens to his patients. I never feel rushed, he is thoughtful about his treatment and ensures the plan is best for the patient and the condition. I have been to various doctors who seemed rushed and did not listen, it was wonderful to finally connect with a physician who considered the patient as a whole person. Dr. Batey is knowledgeable about the latest treatment options and he is up-to-date on recent research- he taught me a few things! He doesn't insist on an office visit for every follow-up and is easy to communicate with using MyChart. He responds quickly and accurately to inquiries and follows up with medication changes or refills right away. I'm happy and lucky to have found him finally.

Dr. Batey took his time during my consultation to listen and and review my medical history. I did not feel rushed, and I felt he really cared about me. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and is easily relatable. He's quick to smile, and by far the best primary care physician I have ever had.
