Doesn’t listen well
She is constantly typing on her laptop as I’m talking, so the suggestions she makes are, at times unrealistic. Telling me to exercise, or to “stop” doing what I’m doing to make my bad decisions. If it were that easy, I wouldn’t be in your office. Always has students that are training in the room and I feel that is a distraction since they have no idea what’s going on or has been going on in the previous visits. If I tell her that a particular med is causing a side effect, she wants to prescribe another pill. NO! I really don’t want to be on the pills anyway. Has no concern when I say how bad my anxiety is and that it would take a tranquilizer to phase it. She continues to have me take the same lame anxiety med that feels like I ate a sweeteart.

The doctor is very welcoming and knowledgeable. However the front desk clerk is rude and not knowledgeable. The required 100$ deposit is almost impossible to get back . After several attempts I received no call back from billing. The desk clerk refuse to give out the billing dept contact information. It has now been 51/2 months and I have still not received the 90 day promised return of my deposit. They charge 25$ for almost every document a patient ask for on top of this. Bad business tactics.

She tries to milk you out of money. She told me I had anxiety and depression after sitting with me for any hour and letting me take a 5 min survey on a iPad, which my family and friends thought was weird, but I didn't listen. She did not act as a therapist whatsoever. All she did was give me a prescription that does not help and sent me on my way.

Charges $25 to send a fax and charges $50 if you call in sick for your appointment. Terrible professionalism and unethical. Milks people out of money any way possible.
