I have been attempting to get an appointment with Dr. Jagiella for over 6 months. The nurse refuses to schedule me because I saw one of Dr. Jagiella's partners almost 7 years ago when I was visiting home. That was my only visit with the practice. I now live in Atlanta permanently and wanted to return to the practice. The scheduling nurse simply does not care about anyone's health.

Great Care
I've seen Dr Jaguella twice. She is part of a busy office but she is very knowledgeable about her specialty as well as other areas of the body. She directed me to several specialists and bc of that I was diagnosed with Lupus after decades of trying to determine what was causing my symptoms. She was also kind and experienced with a colonoscopy.

Dr. Jagiella is the BEST Gastroenterologist I have EVER been to!!! I use to drive 6 hours to see her! She found my celiac disease, crohn’s disease, and sent me to my awesome surgeons, Dr. Abir (who has moved) and Dr. Jay Singh who along with Dr. Jagiella saved my life and have kept me alive!! Not only does she care about digestive issues but other issues as well. She spends time with you and is compassionate and just CARES!! Due to my health, I ended moving up to Atlanta to be near my doctors. Dr. Jagiella should be the No. 1 Gastroenterologist in Atlanta as far as I am concerned. I could go on and on! Thank you Dr. Jagiella and Kay!!! Also Dr. Jay Singh!

After a million tests to see what was wrong with me besides the old original diagnosis of IBS, she performed a colonoscopy/endoscopy. When I woke up, she proceeded to yell at me for “not having a hold on my mental health” bc my insurance denied a medication she tried to prescribe me. When I checked which meds it was, it wasn’t even for the symptoms I have; I have diarrheal IBS and she tried to give me Zelnorm which is for constipation based IBS. Plus it’s a drug you grow dependent on and can get withdrawals from. The reason my insurance denied it is because my sleep meds give me a high heart rate and Zelnorm can make that worse. She was extremely rude and blamed ME for my insurance protecting my physical health as I have multiple disabilities. She doesn’t care about her patients, only about the money and her stature as a professional, which she is NOT. I’ll never go back to her again.

Dr. Jagiella is a smart, caring and competent doctor. She spent a lot of time with me during my preliminary appointment. Before my procedure she was calm, encouraging and informative. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Dr. Jagiella did my first colonoscopy at age 50! I am now 70 and now live in Chattanooga! My husband and I drive to Atlanta to see Dr. Jagiella for our health needs. We trust her explicitly. She is very thorough and reviews all of our records concerning other issues plus gastrointestinal ones. Just wish we could get in to see her quickly for emergency needs! We may have to go to someone here for an emergency need and we are dreading it because we don't trust anyone else. :)
