Been seeing Dr. Vizcaino for a few years now. Great doctor and very knowable. I feel like I'm talking to a friend. She takes her time listening to me, explains my options, and advice me. And most importantly, I trust her. I highly recommend her.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Lesley Glover. Dr. Glover is my usual physician. She was out sick that day. I saw her partner Dr. Vizcaino. She reviewed my records and wrote my prescriptions. Whether you see Dr. Glover or Dr. Vizcaino you're in good hands. I highly recommend Family Medicine.

Att Dr Visciano & Dr Glover your receptionists are seriously HURTING YOUR BUSINESS!!! They purposely don’t answer the phone because they are lazy! For a month I tried calling & couldn’t get a person on the phone! I finally got an appt bcuz I called the billing Dept & actually got a human! They immediately got me an appt for my daughter. After med taken side effects.Tried for 2 wks no answer no call backs! I called there and was on hold for 10 min -drove to the office - stood in front on them - still on hold - confirmed the phones weren’t ringing -bcuz I stood there talking to them about the issue -the phones weren’t ringing & I was still ON HOLD! THEY PURPOSELY put people directly on hold & never go back to the call! I demanded to talk to dr an bcuz their not going to tell the dr they suck! They said the dr didn’t want to talk to me!! I don’t believe they ever told the dr!? So pls be aware they r hurting your business!! I’ll delete this after a call back from a dr!

I have been a loyal patient of Dr Vizcaino for several years. She is by far the best primary care physician that I know. She genuinely cares for her patients, is a great listener and true professional. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and has a very pleasant personality. My regular visits are twice yearly & (as strange as it sounds) I look forward to going. Office staff is similarly courteous and professional.

I recently moved to Wellington, and had to quickly find a new MD as suggested by an urgent care clinic. After calling many times & being left on hold for more than 20 minutes, I was told that the information online that Dr. Vizcaíno takes new patients was wrong and another of the doctors could take me but not until May!! I had to stress the fact that I had dangerously high blood pressure but the receptionist didn’t seem to care. Glad I didn’t get to go to Dr. Vizcaíno!!

The MA and office staff is super pleasent and welcoming. I am so happy with her that I continue to see her even as self pay.
