Very poor encounter. I never went back after my first visit

This office scheduled a visit for me when the office was closed, I went and no one was there. They also erroneously scheduled a well visit as a virtual. Additionally, she cancelled two other well visits I made over a couple year period. She pushes her nutritional philosophy very hard. I'm very open to different diets but she makes you feel badly for not following her exactly as prescribed. Do not waste your time with this office or her.

I am very disappointed from my visit with her, considering she works for Dr. Neal Barnard, one of the leading plant-based doctors in the country! She was completely unprepared with my medical history even though I have been with the clinic for over two years. She tried to give me the rush job even though she was 11 mins late to a 30 min telehealth appt. There was no acknowledgement or an apology for taking that time away from me. When I asked her how much time I had left, she said, 19 mins because I have another call. What? Am I less important than her next patient?! When I explained my issues, she showed complete lack of empathy and was disrespectful of my concerns. She did not listen when I told her certain medications were not effective for me. She belittled my understanding of the my own medical issues. It was just not a pleasant experience and it was obvious to me that she did not care to be on that call with. I so wish I did not have to leave this clinic, but it's over.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Dr. Rahman is a POOR excuse of a dr. Does not know what she is doing and something as simple as ordering CBC is not possible, especially when your bloodwork required a recheck! She does not know what she is doing!
