Dr. Varun Reddy, MD

The wait times are incredibly long as they are in the habit of overbooking. My last appointment with Dr. Reddy I wasn't seen until over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Reddy is knowledgeable in the field of opth but severely lacking in communication and bedside manner. He has been regularly hesitant to discuss lifestyle changes that may alleviate my eye issues. I also had no luck contacting their emergency phone line to discuss worsening issues as my calls weren't returned until business hours.

Been kept waiting for 75 minutes for a simple Glaucoma test. This second visit was specifically to establish baseline readings to monitor Glaucoma pressure levels. Front desk folks recommended a few tests. After discussing with nurse practitioner, it was decided those tests were not needed. Next, after I met and reminded the doctor, Glaucoma pressures were NOT recorded. I called and left few messages for nurse practitioner and there has been no clarification as to why Glaucoma tests were NOT performed. My assessment this doctor and supporting staff are NOT suitable for my long term care. Sincerely disappointed with the degree of callousness & quality of care provided both by doctor & total disregard for patient's time and wellbeing. Worse, I have been assigned to another doctor within the same facility without even informing me or my consent. It amounts to them just promoting their business and total disregards for their patients. This is my experience and decided not to return.
