Not great
difficult to get appointment, long wait time in the treating room (cell) without explanation, staff sullen and outright unfriendly on the phone, dark and dingy facility, no communication, doc seems to work by the book but not beyond. hard to find a PPO who takes new patients, but will have to keep looking.

Appointments never start on time
Always late. I cannot tell you the number of hours I’ve spent waiting for an an appointment to start. It’s a rarity that an appointment starts on time. And, as mentioned above, the staff can be difficult and often times, the phone goes unanswered.

Dr. Communication
The Practice does not answer the phone even for other doctors trying to get information. This is a serious failure that is ongoing. How do you review a doctor who does a good job that cannot be reached?

Dr. Sheen is great but very difficult office
The phone rings off the hook, nobody answers. How could you possibly change or request an appointment or get answers when nobody answers the phone. Great drs painful administration for both Dr. Sheen and Dr. Mcbreen. Very disorganized

Doctor Sheen is attentive and very thorough. She relies heavily on her digital note taking which can be a bit disconcerting. Access to results of medical tests and clinical notes through the portal, however, are invaluable and much appreciated. I find her very trustworthy and knowledgeable - she could integrate a little old fashion attention into her practice if insurance companies would be more generous in reimbursement.

Dr Sheen doesn't listen, she lectures. Like many doctors she seems to think her role is to dispense facts based on her opinion rather than working together with patients to solve problems. Some upsides are that she is a good diagnostician with the facts available to her, and does not push unnecessary meds. However, as in many other practices, there is little attempt to integrate additional sources of information or coordinate closely with other providers. Some of her staff are nice, others are a little unfriendly. The office as a whole does not have a friendly or collegial vibe. Overall it is hard to count on her for anything other than info and a reasonable diagnosis.

Dr. Sheen has been my physician for several years and my college-age daughters now see her as well. She's thorough, knowledgeable and easily accessible. Her office is organized and the nurses and office staff are excellent.

Dr. Sheen doesn't care about her patients, and is only concerned with moving on to the next one. She claims that completing forms for her patient's disability is not her responsibility, despite the fact that she is his primary care physician. On top of her negligence, her office staff are rude, unaccommodating, and largely incompetent. Never in my life have I dealt with such an ineffective doctor.

I have gone to Dr. Sheen for almost a year and today will be her last day as my doctor. I moved here from another state and she wasthe only doctor that was accepting new patients. I now know why. My BP has been consistently elevated, but she refused to adjust my BP med. She did however, give me referrals to docs that I don't need - a dermatologist, really?Great skin and no skin cancer in family. Keeping the network in business I guess? Her young staff lacks professionalism and is, at times, rude
