Frustration
Impossible to see the Dr. for months. Tried for an appointment in December and was told not until April. Staff is O.K. they seem overly rushed and will try to schedule you with a Nurse instead. They insist on a "credit card" on file before you get an appointment.

Person who removed mole left me scarred. A suture was sticking out of my skin for months after the removal. I wouldn't go back if they were the only dermatologist in Los Angeles County.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Vicki is the epitome of caring and is absolutely on top of her profession. She always tells me what's going on with my skin, her procedures for treating it, what will happen and how it will affect me during the healing process and she's never been wrong--And two weeks later I can't see where the procedure occurred. A plus, being in the entertainment industry. I usually approach a doctor's office with trepidation. Not so here. Simply The Best.

If you can get in to see Dr. Vicki, well worth the effort. I have been using their practice for 4 years and find the experience to always be fantastic. I strongly recommend both her and her father Norman, who I started with. Lots of wisdom comes with their experience.

Tsipora Shainhouse - fast talking, guessing, flutters in and out of the room and never really attends to you. Same with Vicki. And the elder doctor, Marvin should retire and go and play with his grandkids all day. Misdiagnosis from all three, rude front desk, long wait time. The worst of Beverly Hills.
