Made an appointment for my son to get his allergy shot. Signed in and waited 15mins. my son was called for his shot only to tell us that his antigen expired and they didn't have a shot for him. My issue was why they allowed and scheduled the appointment if they already knew his antigen expired. I took the day off and drove across town for the appointment. The manager even admitted that my son's antigen expired in October, it is now November, so they knew a month in advance and yet allowed an appointment they couldn't fulfill. The Hispanic nurse there was rude and sarcastic saying "that's not me that deals with that" and stood there staring and not offer help or direct me to someone who could deal with the situation, maybe say something to the effect...I can't help you, but I'll find someone who can, yet she stood there with a sarcastic demeanor. Over 5yrs my son has been going to this allergist. Patient care and customer service diminished was the reason for leaving.

Worst person I have ever seen...I can't even refer to him as a Dr! He looked confused and hardly spoke during my appointment with him, he offered NO TREATMENT PLAN or advice wasn't concerned about my being diagnosed with 18 FOOD ALLERGIES ALL OF A SUDDEN. When I refused allergy shots I feel like he was done and didn't bother with me anymore. HORRIBLE person. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. JILL who works in the front office was the worst! she was BOTHERED when having to do her JOB.
