Meeting my Doctor
He wanted to know what I knew about my diagnosis. He was very calm and informative. Explained what my plan of care would entail. Encouraged me to ask questions I have a lot of confidence in his knowledge

Now I know who cares
The compassion and time offered to calm my fears and confusion is to be commended. That is my first simple observation. I find that everyone , beginning with the greeters and thru to the exit staff. Dr.s included, Are totally focused on effectively making what is a horrifying journey for some into a navigable path that can only lead to more positive outcomes. Bravo to your team. Dr. Brown was AWESOME!!
Dr. Brown filled in for Dr. Patel. First we were very thankful that my brother who was visiting from Japan was able to get an appointment on short notice. Dr. Brown was extremely personable and thorough in getting the background and history on my brother. I couldn't believe the time and care she provided....never felt rushed. Thank you Dr. Brown!

Met with Doctor Victoria Brown
Dr Patel was not available so I met with Dr Victoria Brown. She was excellent! It was probably the best initial doctor-patient first/initial meeting I’ve ever had. She had clearly read all my papers and was very familiar with my issue. She made me feel like a partner in my care. She went into more detail than I expected and made sure I understood everything she was telling me. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
