Dr. Vikas Reddy, MD

Based on our experience, I would not expect to hear back from Dr. Reddy whenever you need to get in touch. We tried email, phone, and were unable to get a response through even through the nursing staff at our nursing facility as well. There were mistakes made with our medications and virtually no ways confront this with Dr. Reddy; No conversation about correction or even rationale (This puts you in a bit of a bind when the rest of the hospital staff isn't authorized to do much without the Doctors guidance). Dr. Reddy, if you ever get to reading this I encourage you to communicate with future patients, even if you are too busy to do so immediately. Nobody should need to report to the hospital on the daily just to ensure that their loved one is actually getting the medications that they need for a prior diagnosis. In the case that you are making changes to an established regimen, I would encourage you to make some sort of contact with your patients rather than leaving them in the dark.
