Dr. Virginia Pagani, MD

Dr. Pagani lied to me about my test result when I saw her in St. Cloud for my ultrasound test results. She said my ultrasound was normal and no cysts! I told her I was suprised because I have lower pelvic pain and she told me it sounds like my intestines and to see a pcp if it gets worse. Dr Pagani told me this while she knows my test result from the ultrasound has a cyst on it. Saturday rolls around and I’m in the worst pain of my life my abdomen feels like it’s going to pop my back hurts so bad and I’m in a great deal of discomfort so my husband takes me to the emergency room. I find out in the emergency room after having a catscan in the hospital that I have multiple ovarian cysts and the ER doctor advised me to see my obgyn right away. I saw the nurse Gaston that works in the same office as Pagani and the nurse told me my my ultrasound in their office did show a left side ovarian cyst. Pagani hid my results from me and I feel violated and really upset to find the truth like this.

I first met Dr Pagani while she was doing her residency at Winnie Palmer ...i was very impressed by her professionalism from the beginning.. She performed my hysterectomy.. and is very caring and takes her time with her patients .

Awful service. They don't synchronize the appointment that people do online with their system. A total waste of time. I received my confirmation and then they canceled my appointment because they have another time in the system.

I don’t feel like Dr. Pagani or her colleagues care about me at all. I’ve been sick for several days and was told she would call in an antibiotic for me. I went to pick it up and the pharmacy had no record of it. I called the office and the receptionist (a very aloof person) and she said she would remind the doctor. Two days and five phone calls later I still don’t have one. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and not being cared for. Not to mention they forgot to schedule an important ultrasound once.

I was in pain and was able to get in the same day. Dr. Pagani was pleasant, caring, and excellent bedside manner. She took care of my symptoms and put me at ease. Her staff from both locations made me feel welcomed and worked around my work schedule to get me in. I'm so glad they are around because I refer all my family and friends to her office.

This has to be the most unprofessional Heath group I've ever worked with. Please don't go here! I was left for 4 days without my perscription because they forgot to call it in. I am 13 weeks pregnant so to be without my mess meant to throw up and go without food for days. When I finally got fed up with it I called and got the on call dr. Who said I don't know you so I can't call in your prescription go to the ER if you need help

Dr. Pagani is great. She takes the time to get to know her patients, their needs and answer any concerns they may have. She also explains in details any conditions or results provided in a way that's easily understandable.
