I visited this doctor a year ago with clear symptoms of anemia. Despite my concerns, he refused to check my ferritin levels, dismissing the importance of it and even questioning why I ‘believed’ in ferritin. Fast forward a year, my symptoms worsened, and after finally insisting on the test, my ferritin levels were found to be extremely low. The doctor showed no accountability for his lack of knowledge or the year of suffering this caused. Additionally, the blood draw was performed by an unqualified nurse who struggled to find a vein and, more concerningly, neglected basic hygiene protocols. She did not wear gloves or a mask, and only after my insistence did she quickly and inadequately wash her hands. This level of incompetence and disregard for patient safety is unacceptable.

I'm dr. Smirnov's patient since 1995. Excellent careful doctor with good personality. Clean and nice office, friendly and professional staff. Very recommended.
