My mother visited Dr. Chen for some consistent neurological issues she has been having. As a nurse my mother explained her symptoms in detail and Chen completely dismissed her. Chen insisted my mother was just suffering from anxiety ( something my mother has dealt with in the past and understands very well). My mom essentially had to beg her to perform tests she needed and Dr. Chen just handed her a 2 page summary on Delirium. She basically called my mom delirious and my mother felt insulted and dismissed. It was a waste of time. I would never recommend anyone go to her. Ever.
