Dr. Wendy-Ann Olivier, MD

As a Brownsville native, I have always heard the negative comments about Brookdale and was told to avoid it at all costs but my most recent experience has left me to write a review that states otherwise. I’m not sure about the other departments but I recently had an out-patient surgery done by Dr. Wendy-Ann Olivier and everything was done so professionally and courteously. From the attentiveness of the staff, everyone greeting you with a smile, assuring you that things will be fine, even down to the Doctoring welcoming me into the operating room with a song by one of my favorite artists, my experience was phenomenal. I did not see her at the hospital for appointments but she is a plastic surgeon affiliated with Brookdale in some capacity so the surgery was performed there and I do not regret it. In fact, I highly recommend her & her team. Only one week post-op but I love my results so far, much thanks to Dr. Olivier, her assistant Suzette, and her OR team!

Very professional and caring. Explained my procedure to me step by step. Spotted a issue without even touching me on my first visit that none of my other doctors ever mentioned. Overall made me feel comfortable and safe.

Incredibly unprofessional. Scheduled me for an appointment last minute (the day before), never expressed at any point about time sensitivity and then cancelled my appointment when I arrived 7 minutes behind. She also makes you print out and fill out an ELEVEN PAGE questionnaire which is so ghetto and cheap, like do you not have a printer in your office? Outrageous, I've never had a doctor do that before. Waste of ink, my time and money on a cab to travel. I wouldn't trust this lady with my body at all. Would definitely not recommend. Complete and utter disappointment.

Dr. Olivier is very patient,a great listener and very easy to talk to. She let's you know your options and provides great service and care her patients. I was very pleased with her work and will recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Olivier is a kind, pleasant, and thorough doctor. She's attentive to your concerns regardless how small you may think it is. I had a successful surgery last September and is extremely pleased. The most important characteristic when choosing a provider is trust. I trust her with me. Her office staff makes you feel welcome at all times. Suzette is a sweet heart. I would recommend Dr. Olivier any time.

Love love love Dr Wendy and her staff! I had 2 procedures with her and the results for both are amazing. I had abdominalplasty in September 2018, a breast lift in July 2019 and I may do more. She is so patient, thorough and honest about requests. Made me feel so much better about myself after losing 85lbs. Have been referring any and everybody that ask about plastic surgery.

Dr. Olivier is personable, a great listeners, and empathetic to the concerns of her patients. She respects people, healthy or ill, regardless of who they are, as well as gives unbiased advice; she allows patients to participate actively in all decisions related to their health and health care, while assessing each situation carefully, she offers help whatever the situation. Dr. Olivier champions the care of minorities and the work she does with cancer patients is compassionate to say the least. I respect her work and her work ethics as she strives to help each patient. She is humble and I'm better for knowing her.

Dr. Olivier, take great care of her patients she explains everything to you, easy to talk to an she make you feel so comfortable. She is the best, i would rate her professional more than 5 star. I'm Her patient since 2012, an she still the sweetest Dr. I always talk about her. I would recommend her to my family and friends. Love her. And her Staff is great too.

Dr Olivera has always visit been on time and she cares about her patience’s and listens to your concerns regarding your visit and give you the correct recommendations. She has been my doctor over 12 years for different illness. Even after surgery if you have complaints she can be reached.

Dr.Olivier, Is the best. I’m so grateful and fortunate that she was recommended to me by several people who had surgical procedures done. Her bedside manner is awesome. She was soft spoken and thorough explaining the procedure I was having. I was completely confident putting my life in her hands. Dr. O also has a wonderful sense of humor but on Surgery Day, she wasn’t playing around. I Love It.. My experience was Fantastic. Glad I chose wisely.

Dr.O as I call her have been my surgeon over 15 years what a god send to this earth a beautiful personality calm very patient I love my Dr she is the best surgeon ever oh and I love my breast ??

Hi my name Robinson, I just had bilateral reduction I'm very happy with my out come so far less pain. the stuff members was awesome Dr Olivier is amazing love the vibe I got from her and yes I would recommend Dr. Olivier to my friends and family members who want to do surgery.
