Dr. Widian Jubair, MD

I was looking for a PCP when I had my first appointment with Dr Jubair. Even though she had good bed side manners, I found her less concerned about my overall wellbeing for 2 reasons. 1. She disappeared for a while to do another appointment between my appointment. 2. When my test results came back abnormal and I saw the results on the UC health website , I freaked out and tried to reach her to get a doc’s opinion and for a prescription as soon as possible. Every time I called they said the doc will call you back or leave a message. I saw no communication from her for 4 days. So I didn’t want to go back to her for any follow up appointment. I have a doc now who cares better.

I was very satisfied with my initial visit with Dr. Jubair. She was professional and willing to listen to my long list of injuries and complaints and all the medical treatments I have been through. She asked the pertinent questions and gave me some guidance on medications. My only disappointment was that I did not receive a reply to my first message sent through the UC Health patient portal requesting medication refills at my mail order pharmacy.

I really like when medical professionals introduce themselves, and everyone at this office does. The RN was nice, but she was dress unprofessionally. Dr. Jubair was on time, courteous, and made eye contact. I feel so often that doctors are distracted and she was not. I did not feel rushed.

I've been her patient for a few years now. She's knowledgeable and attentive. When I ended up in the ER she called me within a day and made time for me to see her within another day. I'm comfortable asking her questions via the portal at any time and know I'll get a solid answer within a day or two.

My visit with her was a nightmare. She’s rude, she goes out of her way to ensure every single word out of her mouth is insulting, she didn’t do a single “doctor” anything, she’s arrogant, and unprofessional. I didn’t get the impression she even likes human beings. Seeing her is a complete & total waste of time. I got the exact same “medical care” that I can get sitting alone in my house.

Had a terrible experience with Dr. Jubair. She had no idea what she was doing and was arrogant. She refused to answer any of my questions. She didn't examine me at all during my visit and walked out in the middle of me talking! She also didn't fill any of my prescriptions. I will not return to see her. I will go and find a competent physician.
