I saw this doctor for a breast reduction consult. I want to note the walls are thin at that office, and I could hear him complaining about someone before he came in the room. I clearly stated that I had put this off for years due to embarrassment. I stated I was private as well. He never once acknowledged my concern or acted like he even cared. Proceeded right into the exam. He stated I was a good candidate and that he thought I would be satisfied with the result. I literally left feeling like another case for a doctor. So very impersonal! I started looking for another surgeon. I needed someone that cared about my feelings about this surgery. I found someone. To top it off, I called his office to cancel my “scheduled” surgery. The lady I spoke with just said, “you want to cancel your breast reduction? Ok.” That is it. No questions. No “do you want to reschedule” or “is there any other way we can help you?” I do not recommend. I need to to feel like a person not case!

Excellent physician. Removed a BCC from my temple. Explains your treatment plan and what to expect. Caring. His staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent staff and Doctor Allison. I just completed surgery for BCC with him and superior results. To me the staff and doctor were helpful and professional explaining what was needed and why. Surgery was done quickly and the staff at Huntsville Women & Children's hospital where it was preformed were superb. All put you at ease and overall a good experience.

Great experience with Dr. Alison. He's extremely professional, his office staff are friendly and courteous, and he answered all of my questions regarding my procedure. I'd never been to a plastic surgeon before and wasn't sure what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations. A year after the procedure, you can barely see the scar. Highly recommend.

Dr. Alison and staff made sure I was well taken care of. He did my Brows, Eyelids, Neck- and Facelift. Dr. Alison is an excellent surgeon and has an artistic eye. I am very happy with my much younger look and my friends are in awe of the result too. I am a patient since 2011 and have had various other cosmetic procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Alison and his devoted staff.

I had a 2:00 appointment today. The staff did not let anyone know that he was running behind. I waited for 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room. When I was finally called back to the exam room, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. So I left. The only way I will reschedule is if they call me and apologize. Then I will ask for the first appointment in the morning or the first appointment after lunch!

After test were performed on me I waited two weeks for a call from Dr. Allison. No call came. I called and talked to nurse. She said Dr Allison and herself had been out of office for a few days. I told her about complications that I was having.Said Dr Allison needed to communicate with Dr who performed tests. Tomorrow Thursday 25th of May will be 3 weeks since test were performed. Still no call from Dr. Allison.

Very kind and gentle physician. He answer all my questions in detail. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Alison is a great surgeon. I had a bilateral mastectomy in November 2016 and he has done a great job.

Dr. ALISON does outstanding work! He did a brow lift , eye lids, lipo on my double chin, hernia repair, muscle repair, tummy tuck with lipo, he did lipo on my sides and bra fat, he also did lipo on my hips and back, inner and outer thighs and knees. He way exceeded my expectations!! I have had concerns after surgery he quickly returned my calls himself and calmed me down and resolved my problems. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Alison has treated me for 17 years for melanoma. He has been conservative in my treatment and his skills has removed scars left by previous surgeon excision. Highly recommend Dr. Alison and his staff for the excellent care they provide.

Poor decision making. Left drains in 10 weeks with concerns about a seroma (despite my concerns about MRSA). Developed infection- tissue expanders from breast reconstruction had to be removed. As a result I needed 4 more surgeries & developed a frozen shoulder. Does not seem to understand standards of practice
