I recently relocated back to Charlotte and had to seek a new doctor. My preference had been to have a female physician, however, I enjoyed Dr. Harley's disposition and interaction the three times that I met with him. BUT, other than that, I have never experienced such an unprofessional interaction with the staff. I only ever need routine appointments and prescription refills, something they have not been able to perform such a simple task without me following up or calling numerous time for updates - which I am then treated as if I am bothering them. Completing a prior authorization such only take a day but it can takes weeks!! Even though they are aware that the refills have run out and I am out of medicine that should be taken daily. Even the Office Manager blamed me for them not completing the information!!?? Not to mention they advised me that it was ok if I missed doses up to 3 weeks since I was in good health!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE AT ALL - NOT WORTH IT!

This Doctor wouldn't even see my husband who tested positive for Lyme Disease and Rocky Mtn spotted fever because he had taken the antibiotics.. no follow up tests or consultation or anything, even though you can have CHRONIC Lyme Disease or need more antibiotics, we were referred by a rhumetologist because he had arthritis from it, and this a hole doctor refused to even see us.

82 year old mother went to Dr. Harley, unfortunately without anyone accompanying her. Brushed her off, no explanation as to the details of her situation and told her to come back as needed. Within 2 days, she needed his assistance, despite 3 calls to him, no call back as to what to do. Even her primary care physician and another specialist she was seeing could not get him to call back. Apparently, not very interested in his patients.
