Great doctor....but
Doctor and medical staff are excellent. In fact exceptional. HOWEVER......office management much less so.For privacy reasons I am cryptic: It seems to me there is little consideration for some circumstances beyond the patients control and not even a compromise offered.Perhaps not fair to ding the doctor a star, but I think the entire health experience should be considered.

Terrible Practice
Terrible practice. Both the administrative and medical staff are completely incompetent. Saw the Doctor for all of 5 minutes with no questions asked about my medical history on my first visit. The administrative staff was equally incompetent as they sent me the wrong bill multiple times for months afterward. I worry that an elderly person would see a bill like this and pay with out checking further. This practice is deceptive and untrustworthy

I have been seeing Dr. Harper for over a decade now. He is intelligent, explains things on a level appropriate for the educational level of his patient, and in my opinion he is genuinely concerned about his patients and their well being.

Both my wife and I have been patients of Dr Harper for several years. We find him to be interested, concerned , and very thorough. His PA and other staff are also excellent. Calls and emails receive a response usually the same day.
