My visit was very good. The best patient care. The staff is friendly , helpful, professional.

Dr Henghold is an excellent surgeon. Unfortunately he has performed many surgeries on me and his attention to detail is amazing He also has an amazing staff. I have recommended him on several occasions and I will continue to do so. I hope he will continue to be my surgeon when the next time comes.

This was my second annual visit with the Henghold practice. Last year, the appointment was fine. I was seen on time and the clinic staff were competent and professional. This year (2022), not so good. As a former practice administrator in a Dental Practice for over 18 years, I always conveyed to my staff that the patient's time was just as important as the doctors. Apparently this is not the case at the Henghold practice. I was scheduled for a 1:50 apt and my wife was scheduled for a 2:20 apt. Apparently, she was going to be seen by the same tech or nurse as me. Forty minutes after my appointment time, I was still not seen and was not notified of when I was to be seen or the nature of the delay. They did say that my wife would be seen after me. Meanwhile, a gentlemen who had a 2:30 apt was seen immediately. I had to leave without being seen because of a meeting that I was scheduled for at 3:30. If this is how this practice values my time, I will no longer be seen by them.

Dr. Henghold is very personable and quite empathetic. Upon meeting him, he closely listened to my concerns and answered my questions. His staff is quite organized and very polite; the office waiting room is spacious, bright, and clean; the patients' rooms have a large window overlooking greenery in a bricked in courtyard; so peaceful. Before surgery, Dr. Henghold explained what he was going to do and provided a post surgery plan. I showed Dr. Henghold pictures of my nose prior to my other two surgeries; those leaving my nose flattened. I lived with this for years and Dr. Henghold understood how I felt; he assured me that I would be pleased with the result, and I was. I have my beautiful nose back. I am so proud to look directly at others. He did what he promised to do. In fact, the evening of my surgery, Dr. Henghold called me to see how I was doing and asked if I needed anything or had any concerns. YOU SELDOM, IF AT ALL, RECEIVE THAT KIND OF CARE TODAY! Highly recommended

Dr.Henghold take a lot of interest in patient and is a excellent Surgeon.

Great doctor but terrible management. Most of his nurses are very rude and seem very lazy

Dr. Henghold is a great Mohs Surgeon who is very professional & friendly. He has treated several of my Squamous Cell, Basal Cell, & Actinic Keratosis on my head and back. Every procedure was completely successful, with no complications, no problems, & minimal or no scarring. He is extremely knowledgeable and extraordinarily skillful, with an excellent attitude, very friendly demeanor, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his very professional, well-trained, & helpful staff. It is evident that his disciplined, organized, efficient, and remarkably effective style and performance are significantly attributed to his service as a Lt Col in the Army. Without any hesitation, I unquestionably RECOMMEND this stellar, professional skin surgeon to you!

Very pleased with the skin flap surgery on my nose. Dr. Henghold was very attentive, knowledgeable and spent time answering all my questions. He had an excellent "bedside manner." All of his staff members were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

Two different visits (8 months apart) to remove basal cells from tip of nose and repair. In both cases Dr. Henghold did a fabulous job, and even with the extensive repairs my nose looks almost normal. Only those who know me know I had surgery.

I have gone a few times and I saw Patrizia one of the nurse practitioners there. I had to have an atypical mole cut off of the bottom of my toe and she has done my skin checks. She is very thorough and always answers all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She also helped me get a family member of mine seen urgently who had a suspicious lesion and it turned out to be cancer and he went through a MOHS procedure. You can tell she cares very much about her patients and what she does. She has also given me great advice on skin care products and regimens! Highly recommend... I would send my family there and I think that is the highest recommendation a place can have!

The office staff is tuned to the patient. All of the medical staff is completely professional. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes before being called to a room. The facility is clean, bright, and cheerful. This is service the way it should always be done!

Doctor Hengholds is a Awesome Doctor. I wish he was the first sergeant I found instead of going to 3&4. I will highly Recommend Dr.Henghold to all my Friends and Family. His Staff was very nice,personable and friendly. Thank you all taking such good care of me

Dr. Henghold has removed several skin cancers from my mother's face. He was able to remove them without any scarring. He is an amazing doctor, with a great bedside manner and impeccable skill. We are certainly glad we found him.
