Dr. Xondra Driggs, MD

She is very thorough and did a fantastic job of explaining everything and what the potential outcomes could be. She is very caring and takes extra time to make sure that the sutures are close together and even to prevent any future concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Driggs.

I had this MD for an emergency small bowel obstruction surgery. She told me no one needs controlled pain meds for more than 1 week post op. I understand being careful with pain meds and bowel function very well. I have had about 11 surgeries many of those in my abdomen. My operation required that I was surgically opened up from my belly button down and I had a bowel perforation that she did not tell my me or my husband about. I am not sure if it was spontaneous or if she caused it. Kind of a big deal. I have had sections of my bowel removed and with those operations you have to be even more careful about narcotics and bowel function. My other surgeons cared though and helped me with pain management and kept close follow up to make sure my bowels were fine. I also can’t take ibuprofen and was left with basically Acetaminophen, heat, and ice. Barbaric really. Traumatic as well. I have never left a negative doctor review, but I know I would have appreciated a warning about this doc.
