Met with this doctor for a medical problem. She walked into the 3xam room did not introduce herself sat at the computer and had no eye contact with me or even a hello.Student doctor was amazing Heard my bowel sounds, listened to me attentively and answered all my questions. Why the Doctor could not hear my bowel sounds and said if your in pain go to the ER. I was not treated with dignity or respect.I've been a nurse for 40 years and feel I need to write this review for other people who don't speak up or feel they can't. No compassion, doesn't explain anything, definitely needs some customer service education.

Very unprofessional, had an MD live session for 4 minutes explaining radiating head pain and pain inside eye area from an ear infection I already had. She said she wasn't sure it was an infection and just a headache (lasting over 36 hours straight) also said she would perscribe something for the pain and never did what an absolute joke definitely shouldn't have a medical license.

I saw this woman on minuteclinic telehealth. She spent 8 minutes with me and told me she would prescribe me some medications for my Bronchitis and NEVER called in any prescriptions. My info was on file and I told her the pharmacy. No excuse for this level of blatant unprofessionalism. I had to call back and I saw a ARNP who was way better than this MD. Horrible experience. Never treated like this from an MD in my life.

Dr. Perugorria prescribed Cipro for a UTI and had I had severe side effects from the drug. The doctor did not warn me of the side effects in advance. Cipro has a black box warning from the FDA since it can cause tendinitis and tendon ruptures. I'm an athlete and this has derailed my training. I wish Dr. Perugorria would have asked about my lifestyle to assess whether Cipro was right for me. I didn't consent to be prescribed such a dangerous drug.
