Dr. Holmes is smart, knowledgable, and engaged with his patients. Wait has always been less that 15 min. and the staff tries really hard in an incredibly complex medical system to get appointments an rx right.

A++ experiences, Yes, the policy is cash or check for a copay and it’s a pain to remember that. Nevertheless the policy is told to everyone before coming. So don’t forget and you will be fine. Sad $$$ has to brought into care but he wouldn’t be in business if he’s not paid. I’m sure he just got burnt one too many times with credit cards or statement Billings. As for the care - top notch. He’s about the only doctor left that will listen before diagnosing.

I Took my dad to see dr. Yancey holmes yesterday morning at their office in the hospital. Signed him in and asked if he could be billed for his copay. The lady wearing a tye dye shirt and dark hair behind the counter told me she would have to check his insurance cards. Filled all paperwork, lady said his copay is 45$. Got yelled at by office manager and the lady behind the desk about it being policy. Dr himself is very rude and said he didn’t know what to do and didn’t know why we are there

Dr. Holmes started out as a pretty good endo, but he was unable to treat hypothyroidism correctly. He gave two sided information, and didn't follow through on calling in prescriptions very well. The office is all about MONEY, which wasn't a problem as long as I can get the treatment I wanted, but that wasn't even an option. Save your money if you think he can help you lose weight with hypothyroidism, because they are very unaccomodating, and really don't care about their patients from my expe

I'm Elvis and he brought me back to life! Most try to get me in and out but Dr. Holmes, when him and his nurse enter the room I'm in make me feel like I am his only patient. He NEVER rushes, NEVER interrupts, listens to ALL my concerns and is NEVER in a hurry to leave me until he's sure that ALL the questions and concerns I had have been addressed in a detailed, articulate, kind way. If I had control I'm make sure Dr. Holmes was recognized for his EXCELLENCE and ALL associated got a BIG raise!

Dr. Holmes is a very gentle, kind and caring physician who never has been in a hurry with me, takes his time to talk to me about all of my questions and concerns. He's very, very competent and intelligent always concerned with assuring that my cholesterol and thyroid are functioning at the highest capacity that my disorders will allow. I would also like to commend Dr. Holmes's staff who are ALL always so kind and helpful, and without hesitation would do anything to help. Thank you. Best. MAL
