Not fit to work with people
This doctor never even looked at me. She sat at the computer and spoke into the air. She seems to have a lot of expertise when it comes to understanding the numbers in bone density tests. Other than that. she had nothing to offer.

Unprofessional manners; shows no respect
This was my first and will be my last time with Dr Bao. Asked me where my paperwork was when I already completed everything in the system ahead of my appointment. Didn’t bother to read it or to check my past health history. She made me feel like it was my fault that information was missing from the system! I concur with the other recent reviews that this doctor is not good with people and should not have contact with patients if she’s not suited for this type of work, especially when caring for older patients!

Not at all
I found Dr Bao to be offensively impolite, discourteous, ungracious, and arrogant. I always felt as if she hated her job.

She will not allow her office to even make an appointment with me because I am not an established patient and do not have some other doctor in the system able to refer me even though I have hashimotos, a history of nodules, choking problems, and a doctor who recommends I see an endocrine specialist. These are the kinds of systems I hate.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bao. When Dr. Bao saw me for the first time we had a long interview in which so thoroughly researched many aspects of my medical history and the medications I take now and have taken. She showed me comparisons of past and present medical tests.She listened carefully to my questions and gave good answers. I felt very confident in the path forward we chose to follow. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the facility was clean and easily accessible.
