Quality Care
Everyone at DR. Chun's office treats me with kindness and respect. Allison, Mackenzie, and Emily, consistently are part of my team and are very skilled and professional with a caring and kind heart and soul. I am always treated very well and I feel seen and heard. I appreciate them all very much. Dr. Chun is a very skilled surgeon and an amazing Dr. who also continually makes me feel seen and heard and cared for. I never feel rushed in the office and there is always an easy flow and a sense of calm with all the amazing WOMEN in the office. I often tell my friends and family that I hope they never have to go through breast cancer… But if they do, I have the best team of warrior medicine women to recommend to them! Thank you for all that you do for me and all of your clients.

Double eye lid surgery/ removing extra skin
Dr. Chun is amazing, professional , very nice and patient. She knew I was worried about my post-surgery recovery and she called me in person and explained everything to me that things needs time to heal. The result turned out perfect and looks exactly what I want. My eye lids look natural and great now! Thanks D. Chun!

She didn’t listen to me and knew nothing about the particulars of my case. I came to see her about future reconstruction after my unilateral mastectomy. I have/had stage 1b invasive ductal carcinoma. I happen to be overweight. I don’t have diabetes, smoke, drink often or even overeat. I kept on telling her that I wasn’t assuming that I could get immediate reconstruction but she kept on bringing it up. She also referred to breast reconstruction as an unnecessary cosmetic procedure. There’s obviously no law that women who’ve had mastectomies have to get it. Still, I’m young. So acting like I’m wasting your time because I have a high BMI is just rude. Having an assistant tell me that there are no implants in my natural cup size is just absurd. (44DDD? Really?!?) Also, she wrote in my appointment summary that I had stage 3 cancer. (I don’t.) Rude nurses. Dirty office. Felt low key dehumanizing. Do yourself a favor if you’re in my position- don’t waste your time with this person.

Dr. Chun is an amazing plastic surgeon. I have gone through breast cancer and she is performing all my reconstruction - every doctor or nurse who has examined me in the past year has commented on what a great surgeon I have. I did my research before picking her and she has exceeded my expectations. She is also very kind, which combined with her surgical expertise and knowledge, is very rare to find.
