Over 20 yrs of dismissive care
She doesn't appear to listen or care. Lack of sympathy and doesn't even pretend to care. Either types or has her hand on the door handle ready to leave the entire time you visit her. You feel rushed, dismissed, and neglected. She missed a life changing diagnosis and didn't even document the accurate symptoms on our first visit for treatment. She told us to quit reading the internet and jumping to wild conclusions about my husbands health. Guess what, the internet was correct as well as the wild conclusions she said we came to. We confirmed the wild diagnosis with another dr who suggested she would almost have to live under a rock to miss this diagnosis. Definitely delayed proper diagnosis and treatment. After 20 years, I am firing her finally! Tired of not being cared about!

All the negative reviews are well deserved. This MD is incompetent, dismissive, uncaring, and unprepared. She does not provide treatment but simply gate keeps by entering data into a computer for others to work with. Cleveland Clinic Martin Health should take a hard look at her methodologies. Do yourself a favor and avoid her.

No empathy
It was the fact she didn't review my chart before I arrived. It was the eye roll she did when I said I wanted to get a breast thermogram vs a mammogram. I would have gladly discussed my reasons and listened to hers and maybe even changed my mind but she didn't even try - It was the way she dismissed my rollercoaster TSH numbers that had caused terrible symptoms for almost a year and was at the root of my visit. It was the way she said - "whatever was wrong with you when you were younger will only get worse when you're older." It was the way she recommended anxiety meds which made me feel like I was being stereotyped as a woman and especially an older woman and being told to "shut up." No bedside manner, no compassion and a very old-fashioned, authoritarian method of communicating with a patient.

welcome to Banana Republic medicine. They can't figure out the phone system let alone administer healthcare. Truly the worst doctor and staff ever.

Wearing masks changes interactions . However I like her. She has a quiet, direct manner. I felt she listened to every word I said.

AVOID DR TINOCO!!!! Listens to about half of what you tell her makes her decision diagnosis with half the information she should have. Not a good Dr.

Dr. Tinoco has been caring for my mother for 4 years. She is not interested in my mother and does not listen to her concerns. When my father was dying from pancreatic cancer and my mother was sick and stressed out, she did not show any compassion or concern. We would be willing to overlook her poor bedside manner, however she recently dismissed my mothers abnormal lab work. I have been a registered nurse for 33 years and my mother will no longer be seeing this physician!!

Have been seeing Dr Tinoco for three years, always hoping that I could make a connection with her but I am giving up. I never felt like she had any interest in me, no warmth, felt like she rushed through my appointment. Really disappointed that I have hung in there for so long.

Dr. Tinoco is uncaring and dismissive. Having moved here recently I was looking for a woman doctor. She doesn't give you a feeling of warmth or confidence as she never smiles, is dismissive of concerns, and refused to provide care for me that I had been getting all along from my previous doctor. Her office assistant is just as bad as Tinoco. She insisted that I was not eligible for service, but when she finally checked, she found out I was right. Don't go to them. They are incompetent!
