Care Concern for Patient Keith Zanetti
Dr Rabotnikov, he’s been outstanding for my husband Keith Z. He’s been on top of his care and concern. I would like to thank him personally but he has no email address. So I’m making this review to tell him Thank you from the Zanetti family if he would like to contact us that would be great.

Doesn't return phone calls. Phone staff is rude.
Unacceptable. At first visit, requested insurance to approve procedure, which was rejected because std practice req phys therapy first. Would of thought he would have known that. Everyone else did. Did physical therapy. Got my MRI. Staff could notfigure out how to get MRI form Shields MRI. You would think that would have been a normal thing. Thank god for my rheumatologist at the hospital who helped out. Kept trying to call the office to schedule appt and getting voicemail. Only left one, based on their message of being short staffed and more than one only slows things down. No response. I had to get the hospital patient advocacy involved. Finally, they called while I was talking to advocacy. I called back and left a message. They never called back. I called back the next day and asked for the doctor to call me back before I scheduled the procedure. It differed from what my doctor, rheumatologist, and PT said I should have. He didn't call back for 3 business days. I changed hospitals.

A big thank you to Dr. Rabotnikov
Hey, just wanted to give a shout-out to Dr. Rabotnikov for the amazing care he's given my dad over the past 2 years. We're seriously impressed by his skills and kindness. Before my dad started seeing him, he was dealing with some super bad back pain that made daily stuff like cooking and carrying things a real struggle. He had to rely on others to help him out, which was tough both physically and emotionally. But when we went to the hospital, Dr. Rabotnikov really listened to my dad's worries, checked him out thoroughly, and came up with a comprehensive treatment plan to help him get better. My dad doesn't speak English, but Dr. Rabotnikov was super patient, waiting for the interpreter to translate everything, which made my dad feel way more comfortable. After a few visits, my dad's doing so much better now. He's living on his own and enjoying a happier life. We all think it's thanks to Dr. Rabotnikov amazing care. So, just wanted to say thanks again for his expertise and kindness

I am So very happy with Dr R as I call him. He was so polite, and his whole team in the operating room was fantastic. The hospital personnel was extremely kind and I was not nervous at all because they made me feel very comfortable. I can’t wait until I have my permanent implant next month.
