Dr. Penn treated my one year old for a mild ear infection. Yes, my baby moved a little during the exam and to no surprise wouldn’t completely cooperate, however, Dr. Penn’s patience, gentleness and warming personality helped a lot with being able to get a good view of my daughter’s ear. Her findings were very thorough. Her instructions on what to do next helped. She followed up and checked on the progress of my daughters ear about a week later. My experience from beginning to end was phenomenal.

I love my audiologist!! she was great, patient, spent the time and discussed my condition and options. She felt more like a caring friend who was focused on helping me enhance my life through helping me with my hearing loss...BTW, you will love the office, it's beautiful, felt more like a calming room than a waiting room. :)
