The physician assistant Alicia has been my primary care provider for over 1415 years. She takes her time to listen to my concerns, My information and if I have anxieties. She is very comfortable to deal with. I feel very confident under her care.

Honest, Empathetic, and Thorough!
Alicia has changed the game with feeling intimidated or nervous to discuss any/all health issues. If I'm having a concern over an existing medication, I can talk it through with her without hesitation. If I'm looking for honest feedback on where I can work harder to improve my life, she will provide it. I feel respected and understood working with Alicia.

Alicia is a very nice person and seems very focused on making her patients feel comfortable. Unfortunately, that appears to be where it stops. About 99% of the appointment could be done over the phone. Any questions that you may have about an issue results in a referral to a specialist (who, so far, after a cursory examination - which is more than I got with Alicia - all tell me that the issue nothing to be concerned about). So, the result is more wasted time and additional bills to pay. After three years of this I'm leaving for another practice.
