I am a young hearing aid patient. I choose Dr. Franklin because of his online reviews. I went in for a hearing exam. Come to find out I had severe hearing loss. Dr. Franklin took the time to go over all of my options and we choose a hearing device that fit my lifestyle. His office staff is fantastic. I always though hearing aids were large and noisy, Dr. Franklin fit me with a device that exceeded my expectation. I was even able to have my aid paired to my smartphone. Thank you Dr. Franklin!
