From the first meeting with Allyson, I was treated with respect and decency. She’s on time, genuine, and very insightful. Her office is calming and very comfortable. She runs her sessions on-time, responds to emails, and communicated so easily. I trusted Allyson almost immediately and we didn’t waste any time jumping right into the work I needed to do. She totally accepted me and guided me through the process, offering tools and insight along the way.

I give her a one, unfortunately, because of the way she treated me when I tried to make an appointment as a new patient. She left me a cold voicemail saying that she had no capacity to take on anyone new and that I should look elsewhere. I'm a complete stranger, so it could not have been personal. Too bad...her groups and classes...not to mention counseling with someone who seemed like a good fit...sounded like just what I was looking for. good luck if you're a new client!
