Went to his facility 4yrs ago to rehab my knee, which was replaced. Very friendly and professional staff especially my PTA. While I was there they showed me a chair designed to help with incontinence which cost $1200. It's not covered by insurance, so I went ahead since I was leaking from my prostate removal. This method is total BS and didn't help. Contact your doctor about pelvic floor therapy , which does help. When asked for a refund the business manager denied my request and offer $200 to be used towards their gym use.
I felt taken advantage of and they were only interested in their bottom line.

I had a great experience.
Dr. Hope is absolutely the best,
And his staff is wonderful.
I couldn’t be happier with the care received, and I will absolutely recommend him and his practice.
The facility is clean, and offers a lot of services (chiropractic care, massage therapy, spinal decompression, physical therapy,...).

In May, 2018, as a new patient, I had a 4:30 appt. with Dr. Hope in P. B. Gardens, for which he arrived 16 minutes late - I was his 1st appt. As he entered, he said hello & "how are you" & I replied "waiting for you". He said that he would be right with me. After that appt, I was happy with the time he took with me & made an appt for the next week at 5:00. Upon arriving, I asked if he was there - they said no he wouldn't be here till 6:00. That set me off & I voiced it loudly - disrespectful!

Very friendly staff. Had no wait time when I made my appointment. This is my second time going in to Hope Health and Wellness and I was very impressed. I went in for a chiropractic adjustment and they told me they offer pregancy massages. I am pregnant and will be trying one of those out and will post an update. Overall great experience and I will be returning
