While I was anxious and in a sour mood due to the medical issue and the fact that I had made the first appointment of the day so that I could get to work on time and then did not see the doctor until an hour after the appointment time (why is this accepted practice in healthcare, but literally no other place?!), Ms. Hannamann, PA, was an excellent care giver. She was patient and attended to the issues with professionalism.
