Ashley was very personable and made me feel at ease and explained her evaluation very well.She gave an effort to get my [...] problem solvedshe told me what to look for in blood work and gave me some advice on diet to hopefully avoid any future problems..she is very good I liked her and hope everyone I deal with T Baystate is as good

Honestly, this felt like the first time in a while that the person seeing me actually cared amd spent the time needed on me with my concerns. Most doctors look at you for 5 minutes and send you on your way but Ashley was fantastic
