So incredibly narcissistic and often practices outside of her scope.

I think Ashly has good intentions, but my experience was quite awful. She is very different from how she paints herself in her bio. She was very judgmental of my size and triggering to my eating disorder. She spent most of our sessions talking about herself (and almost trying to one-up me). If I had some stressful event happening, she had an even more stressful anecdote to share (rather than helping me with coping skills or anything). It was really bizarre. She also recommended I not take the advice of my medical doctors on several occasions. She was judgemental of my (lack of) religious beliefs. She was constantly trying to diagnose me with medical conditions that weren't even related to what I was experiencing. Her therapeutic advice was to 'just plan to not relapse' with my ED. It was the opposite of helpful and I've had to do a lot of work with my current therapist to undo what she did. I would not recommend.
