I had scheduled an initial visit with Brittany. I had to cancel less than 24 hours before my appointment due to losing vision in my eye because of a multiple sclerosis flare up. I was told that wasn’t a problem and I would not be charged and could reschedule as I was partially blind. After over a month with no response from Brittany or her office, I gave up. They have been sending me a bill for $75 for over a year now. Despite the reason for my cancellation. I am genuinely appalled at this behavior and this is not a provider I would ever recommend as she truly lacks any empathy.
