on one of my visits with Caren Meehan she had completely neglected the medical backround facts of my Lower Lumbar she did not bother to send in the Emergency room x-ray reports from November 2nd,2015 and messed that all up so I could not get an MRI to see a spinal surgeon I had to appeal the decision and clean up her mess Careen Meehan completely ignore the problem and made it worse in my Lower Back by having me do physical therapy. I would not even let her treat a stray dog. She is very rude.
