Unprofessional, rude, and constantly insisted that his way was “better than” what my PCP and ER doctor recommend. Very unsure of himself and caught contradicting himself on multiple occasions. Very disappointed.

Made an appointment with Dr. J Tanenggee but was seen by Carlos Kelsey. From the minute that he entered the room he acted as though he did not want to be there and felt like he did not take any of my medical concerns seriously. He said that he would have me undergo further testing however none of this was in my chart and there is no record of any further testing being requested by him. He was dismissive and curt.
