Incompetent
This woman is completely unprofessional. During my exam she sat on the phone in her office. Her office is next to the testing room. She screamed/talked at the top of her lungs in anger about her personal life. Things that I do not care to know about, and that affected my ability to pay attention to my task, in turn causing me to be there way longer then I needed to be. A Dr. screaming in a professional work setting about their personal life over the phone, where you are examining patients is unacceptable. Not a Dr or place that should be accepted by the court system. She also responded to me in a very rude and abrupt manner when I asked a question that was very important to me.

Dr. Leavitt was very good with teen boy regarding issues with social anxiety and managing executive functioning. Quickly established rapport with him and earned his trust. Provided him (and family) with great resources.
