Cassie Port, FNP-C

Cassie Port, knows how to get things done right. She is a fnp pulmonologist who is also knowledgeable about conditions of the lungs. And she is as smart as a whip I switched over from my doctor to Cassie Port his fnp . She’s kind and caring about patients with chronic illnesses pain. And sleep apnea and which machine is needed. She talks to me about what I need and how to do it. She’s amazing and courteous on my visits to her. I totally agree and recommend Cassie Port to all patients that don’t want to wait for the doctor. She’s awesome.

This review is not for Cassie Port, but for her office staff. I had an appointment scheduled for a year. I have a hard time scheduling appointments with my work schedule. I received a reminder call the day before, that told me the appointment was for the West Jordan Granger Medical Clinic, where my last appointment was. I also received an email giving the address of the appointment. My appointment was for 8:00am. When I got there, the door was locked and the lights were off. I figured , that I was probably the first appointment, and they were running late. I waited until five minutes after my scheduled appointment and then tried to call them. No one would answer. I left and went to her other location in Murray. They told me that I was too late, and would be charged a no show fee. They said everyone was notified by mail of the location change. I never received a letter in the mail. And I searched through my emails, junk and spam, and there was no such notification of a location change.
