I asked about bringing my son to the appointment and they were fine with it. I asked about him being in a stroller and they accommodated my appointment to the main floor however, the building was not stroller friendly and I was not informed that there were many stairs to enter the building. I had to pick up the stroller with my son in it to get in the building. Poor communication about where I needed to go once I was at the appointment. Staff offered to watch my 1 year old while I was in one part of the examination. Absolutely absurd of a comment!!! I would never leave my child with staff let alone a stranger!!! Doctor was fine, no real complaints. He did tell me I was too old to get refraction surgery. I'm 38. Downfall there are only 2 practices that take my eye insurance, and they are one of them.
